Such a wonderful place! The staff is so helpful, understanding and kind. I am so grateful to have had this place to go to during my lowest times.

Yes you have to attend chapel. Kids either go outside or the play room and you can leave at any time you want
I have been there twice, although the last tome was in 2013. They have two separate buildings, one for women with children and one building near by that houses women without children.
No
Yes you can. They are terrific and will feed you if you want
Unless companion pet then no. It is dorms not rooms.
Yes you can usually at river of light men shelter there both run bye the same people
Yes
New lights is for women and children only there is sanctuary that doesn't that male and females
No. But if you are planning on staying there longer than 2 weeks. You will have to look for a job then when you have a job you give them 10% of your check they give that back to you when you move out. Its like a savings account you cant touch until you move out. There chores you have to do. But its a really good system. There's also the upper level where you go through a discipleship and its more effective but you have to go to there church and do there program. Anything else just ask. I ve been there twice for a year
You are able to shower at City Light, Im unsure about laundry. However you can sign up for laundry at Corpus Christi
Im not sure what they can help you with...i know you get a case manager, who will help you with anything you need help with just come to the building, tell them you are in need of a place and you have no where to go, they will check you in and get you set up and all that stuff, then you can sighn up with the case manager they assighn you to...And they help with alot of things but they also have alot of very strict rules.
It depends what building your in and i believe it's by 745
They only do clothes if I remember correctly
I believe they do. Call them and ask to make sure, though.
Look into River Of Life. I believe they can help you. It is the men's shelter for the Boise Rescue Mission
Yeah they do
If I'm not wrong, only service dogs.. But u can call and see what they said... Good luck!
Yes they accept baby clothes there is a newborn baby boy there and a 9 week old little girl. They love volunteers. Go to the red doors
As long as you provide the case manager a copy of your work schedule, they will allow you to sleep during the day and work graveyards.
It is a night by night shelter. You have to leave each day and return by 6pm the next night to receive case management and have your stay extended another night.
There is a smoke break around 7:30pm. After that no smoking until you leave the next morning. 6:45am is the first let out.
The basic rules are you need to check in by 6pm each night unless you have a job or court ordered classes. You cannot bring any open food or drinks into the building but meals and snacks are provided. For safety reasons anything not searched by staff as well as ypur phone and any cigarettes have to be locked up while you are in the shelter. Generally the rules help maintain the safety and peace for a large group of people staying in a small area.
