I try to handle bad experience at business but I was not given a response. I tend to look and see what color tag is 50 percent off and find a lot of great deals. I had shopped over an hour one Sunday and when I went to pay I saw that the sale color was not the same as when I arrived. This had been my second time this happened and I was pretty upset with myself for not paying attention, twice. I put most of my finds back on shelves that I had thought were 50 percent off. When the clerk rang up my items I mentioned how I must be getting old and told him what I had done. I was pretty stunned when he said they had just changed the color tag a few minutes ago. While I was shopping. I asked him if I could go back and retrieve the items I had put back would he honor the previous sale color. He nicely replied that he couldn't do that. Talk about bait and switch! I get it that they change sale color on Sunday/Monday but surely would be nicer to do after business on Sunday, not while customers are shopping. I am all for supporting this charity but shouldn't it be by choice. I emailed corporate and they never responded.
