Regarding Restyle ANIMAL RESCUE Thrift Store- If I had a store and called it Boise HOMELESS AID Thrift Store, consumers would likely and reasonably believe my store was somehow significantly involved in aiding the homeless. If I had a store and called it Idaho ELDERLY ASSISTANCE Thrift Store, consumers would likely and reasonably believe my store was somehow significantly involved in assisting the elderly. Many people believe that Restyle Animal Rescue Thrift Store is somehow significantly involved with animal rescue, and this is simply untrue. This for-profit business is knowingly using the term Animal Rescue in its name with the knowledge it is likely to mislead consumers to believe that Restyle is significantly involved with animal rescue. It is an unethical business practice that those who donate and shop at Restyle should be aware of. The Idaho Attorney General’s Office even wrote the attorney of Restyle a letter earlier this year recommending Restyle rename the store “Re-Style Thrift Store” if it does not “dedicate most of its profits to animal rescue activities” to “eliminate consumer confusion.” Please be aware when contributing to businesses that may not be operating with integrity. I have never been to the shop, but read an atricle about how they use Animal Rescue in their name wothout being a Rescue at all. That is just wrong, they should be ashamed!!!

Shopped here in the past with the thought it was going to help animals. However, after the recent article coming out and proving they have zero to do with animal aid I feel as though I have been conned.
