Tried to donate some items and was told that they were closed. Even though I had called first and was told that the donation times were between 12 and 2. Got there at 12:20. The rude young lady at the cash register said that they closed because they were overwhelmed., and to come back at 1. I said but you close at 2 and said that just what they tell people so that they don't have a rush before they get off. Really that was the first and last time I go there

Have unsuccessfully tried to donate here twice. First time was on 7/1 and inside the store they said they were accepting donations and to drive around back. Drove around and was told by the person in back that no they are closed due to high heat. That’s fine, I’ll try again another day. Was a little annoyed that they then accepted donations from the car behind me but it’s fine. Today, 7/10, I called first at 4:45p and was told they accept donations until 5:30. Drove there and arrived at 5:05p and was told by the lady in the back that they actually close at 5 regardless of what whoever answered the phone said and also they are closed due to high heat anyways. It is 85 degrees! Warm but not high heat warning high. Please get everyone on the same page because getting different answers from every person that is working there is frustrating.

I donate here all of the time and have for years. I donated 3 big bags of clothes today but they couldn’t take an item I was donating. I said no problem, I will throw it away later. The gentleman helping me said I could use their dumpster, I made sure I could and asked him again if it it was ok, he said yes. So I threw away my item and was immediately yelled at by another employee for doing so. I said the other gentleman said I could, he yelled and said I didn’t say you could, I reinstated that I was given permission to do so, he yelled at me again that he said HE didn’t tell me yes. The way I spoken to was uncalled for. Teach employees the rules so those of us who get permission to do something don’t get talked down to like I did today. I WILL NEVER DINATE TO IDYR AGAIN!!!! and I will never recommend them to anyone ever again either.
