Its clean and i felt safe.. you don't need an appointment. I was in and out less than 1hr. I will go again to this location.

I never understood why the DMV's get such a low rating. You are coming here expecting to wait. You shouldn't even begin to think, your leaving in 5 minutes. Knowing this, I always bring something for me to do. whether I'm on my phone or listening to music. Find ways to occupy your time during the wait. I also never had a problem with customer service. I can only imagine the nonsense they have to put up with.

It took 20 days to get in waiting for an appointment due to Covid 19.. Once I got in it ran pretty smoothly ,there was a security guard, the building was clean, there was hand sanitizer and staff wore masks. Bending over the chairs to write and use atm machine was s bit of a pain. One staff member was a bit annoyed w me that I had not filled something in and when I apologized she told me "it's pretty self explanatory ". Sorry for the inconvenience

Hey JK you're absolutely incorrect, and really late to the party, he was able to regester and insure the car under his name while my name is on the title. As in, we did this 3 months ago 4 days after my fiance asked the question originally. We asked the lady at the dmv and she informed us that not only was this perfectly legal, its actually fairly common. Parents will do this often when they buy their kid a car, the parents will own the car but their kid will insure and regester it. In our case it saved on insurance, my payments would have been 250 a month for 6 months but my fiance's only cost 86 a month for 6 months. Again, this is a perfectly legal and fairly common practice, so J K maybe you can actually do some research or just not comment at all when you have no idea what you're talking about. Dont spread misinformation, its annoying and in some cases actually harmful when you pretend to know what you're talking about and have literally no idea.
You might want to visit the DMV's website or contact that local DMV directly.

Yes. You still have to make an appointment to be able to go to the DMV.
