I have no idea on how to get ahold of anyone in the restaurant besides just going in yourself or calling 🙃 I'm so sorry that someone has been rude to you. All the waitresses and the young waiter are always very pleasant and upbeat. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile. Maybe the person who was rude to you Bobbie Kelley was just having a really hard time. I am so sorry to hear this complaint.
I am pretty sure her daughters are running the restaurant now.
