That place is an absolute nightmare. People's vehicles broken into and vandalized. Homeless people constantly going through dumpsters and when they are caught they just sit there and watch them. The 5 year carpet replacement is a joke even with wear and tear they'll charge the entire deposit even though they've replaced every single units carpet I've seen. Do yourself a favor and NEVER move in there. Also the pool and spa are chipping and falling apart.

I lived in this apartment for eight months I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would’ve moved out sooner but I had signed a contract. when I first moved in I could hear rats running through the walls when I reported it they did nothing about it when the rats finally went away New neighbors had moved in and there were roaches nonstop for weeks thank God I was finally able to move out and when I got my deposit check back they took out all of these fees for things that did not exist. they Tried to charge painting fees when there was no paint damage in the initial inspection. they charged me for an entire carpet replacement because they said there were “stains” Mind you I only lived there for eight months and I am a nurse so I am barely home so it’s almost impossible for these stains to have existed .they also charged me for a $175 cleaning fee when I personally cleaned the apartment spotless before I left. I would be really careful when living at this place take a lot of pictures and report everything or they will screw you over!

They sent me 2 collections even after i tried to pay them back. I had them on autopay thru my bank. They called and said i had 2 come in person to pay or they couldnt take my money. A bad relationship ended there. The law protects you for this. But not from them they dont follow laws. I tried 2 give my 30 day notice, she refused to accept. Then sued me for $4000.00. Even after 11 years i paid my rent. Wow. Just wrong. Especially after i tried 2 pay them. She said rpm said i couldn't pay them like that. From my bank??? On auto. Even though i had made several payments like that without issue. Power control issues. Now my life storys on google. Thanks for nothing.

That would depend on where you are starting at?
I do not work there, but they do accept first time renters
