These apartments are very bad and a lot of noise during the night and very suspicious neighbors who have incetos and that is why the incetos are scattered all over the city, a very bad place to live 👎

Moved in to the Orange Grove Apartments 06/2016. The apartments are quiet and peaceful. Never had an issue living here. Management is always helpful and very friendly. Over all experience has been great.

The manager MARCIE is uncontrollable, smokes so much and overall the price for these apartments are overpriced. Can’t even swim without the manager coming out and smoking in front of you to watch you and make sure you don’t splash. Move around the apartment in the 80s or 70 numbers you’ll never hear thee end of it with her. Smokes right in front of everyone so gross

In Lodi, The Fountains (on Sylvan), The Vineyards (on Harney) and Lakeview (on South Mills) all are pet friendly and recently had 2 bdrm vacancies. Good luck!
