This place is the best. My last dental experience was horrible, and painful.... this place is a real dental facility with the best staff... The dr is verry nice and knows what he is doing. 4 extractions and 2 graphs and i dint feel a thing . I will Only go here.!!!

My initial impression was pleasant enough. Staff and doctors are nice and friendly. I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed, but I had to wait for my insurance to approve it. I was also told I needed a $350 bone graft because the nerves were so close to the surface. Unfortunately my insurance didn't cover that procedure. I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection that was starting while I waited for the approval. I had to call the office the next day to remind them to call in the prescription. 4 weeks later the office calls to tell me they have the approval. Unfortunately it was for the wrong tooth! While I'm waiting for a second approval, I developed a second infection, which sent me to urgent care in intense pain. I also went to another dentist for a second opinion and found out there was no reason for a bone graft. I finally got the approval for the correct tooth, but it was going to be almost 3 weeks before they could pull it and I was starting to have pain again as a third infection was starting. I called their office for antibiotics. I never received the prescription or a call. I ended up calling The Lodi Dentist that day and they were able to pull it the day I called. No bone graft needed, but I did end up having to pay cash for an emergency extraction. Modern Dental also apparently makes a lot of money from cleanings, because every time I talked to them they tried to schedule a cleaning. I will never go back to them.
