Contact Toby. Smart dude knows a lot about small engines. He is a private businessman in which he operates out of his personal residence. If you have a way to transport the mower he will give you his address so you can drop it off. Otherwise he can pick it up and drop it off for a fee. Depending on how busy he is turn around is respectively quick for a one man show. Toby is also a person who is fair and unbiased to all, he's fair and won't gouge you or your wallet.
If you call me I can get description and start to figure out what type of problem it might have. I don't get these messages or questions immediately. I only knew about it because a friend at Grismer said he saw the question. I occasionally do house calls if I think I can fix it in one trip, otherwise you would need to bring it to me.
