Walked in the facility to look at rental properties, a gentleman greeted us...asking what we were looking for. He proceeded to inform us that one of the buildings was infested with roaches! We left immediately.

Gem city is only for people with bad background that cant get anything else, they are slum lords, it took them a month to fix my my kitchen ceiling after it fell in, then when somebody came all they did was look at it then 2 more weeks before they came and fixed it
