Why do they not have more for the handicapped? I can't walk And I don't want to be pushed. Come on kohls

There was an elderly woman being pushed in a wheelchair through the store on my last visit. She couldn't get in most of the clothing section because the wheelchair was too wide for the area.

Their stores are not electric cart friendly! The way the displays are set up would make it very hard for you to use an electric cart.
