You can access the train Amtrak has a lift cart that they put you on if it's a walker or wheelchair it fits they help assist you on to the car and luggage

There is bus service to the UB campus and to the Central Station, this later stop is where you can transfer to the Niagara Falls bus

The airport is the closest however they do have taxi service to airport if you can't find a rental place that has pick-up.
