Can an out of state person take the training. He works seasonal in New York and wants to do Security in Ny.

He needs to get guard card if he wants to be an armed guard he would have to get a pistol permit then he can take the 47 hour armed guard course about 600 dollars plus gun ammo duty belt

I have to renew my gard card do i have to make a opointment and how much would it cost
