Hi Anne. I'm an instructor at Joann. There are tatting shuttles for sure. I think you could try a "Doll Needle" in a pinch if they don't have tatting needles in stock. They are 4 in long and have a large eye. Use the app to get the standard coupon or use a competitor coupon to get the best discount.
I know they have tattibg needles but i do not know if they are on sale. However, if you have the joann fabric card you automatically get 15% off
Online they do but not in stores.
