This would be the clay New York store.I found a pair of black tactical boots, but didn't have the right size, I asked them if they could call the Oswego store to see if they had the right size for me, the young lady and Andy gave me such great Customer service I was ecstatic being In the customer service business myself,I even called the corporate office to let them know how happy I am. Thank you so much for being awesome.

Good shoe store with great service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they didn't have the shoes in store when I arrived and their website said they were available in the store.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
