I lost my glasses. Needed them immediately. Looked for a store and found LensCrafters at the Great Northern Mall. Lisa and Christina were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional, courteous and kind. I would recommend them and this store to anyone.

I was very impressed with my visit to Lens Crafters today. Dr. Paul listened intently to my vision concerns. He took his time and provided a very thorough eye exam. He even found something other Drs have missed. He was very professional, patient and kind. I'm looking forward to my new glasses, confident I will be seeing so much better! Bill was amazing at helping me with frames and lens options! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Everyone was great that I interacted with and they all carried themselves with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent patient/customer care is hard to find and I sure do appreciate it. Thanks Lens Crafters, you've got a stellar team at Great Northern.

Dr. Paul did a great job with my exam and the team of opticians was extremely helpful when it came to picking out my frames. Lisa was amazing and I appreciated her input on if the frames suited my face shape and Casey did a great job of helping me pick the right type of lenses for my glasses and sunglasses.

RE: LISA - (955079) - Transaction Date - 08/31/2022 My wife and I have been doing business with LensCrafters for dozens of years - LITERALLY !! Hands down, Lisa has been the Superior of All customer service and Professional representatives we have encountered at any of your stores - NY and VT. Most of our experiences at LensCrafters over the years have been very good, However, Lisa stands out as being VERY knowledgeable and personable.

Hello Rebecca, Some locations may accept this insurance plan, but that would depend on the store location, the doctor, and area that you live in. With that being said, please reach out to your local store directly, and they would be able to advise on this! I apologize for the inconvenience!
Hello, Apologies, but I cannot check orders or view your information from the google question provided. Please send our team a chat on our website if you ordered online, or contact your local LensCrafters if ordered in-store. Best Regards!
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
