You must contact the pharmacy.. But I would think not. If your aunt is a Vet? She can bring her DD214 into Enrolment and get a New ID.. Or if she's enrolled on My healthy Vet She can order what she needs online. OR she can contact the pharmacy by phone and they will look up her prescription and mail her her medications..
