Waiting to find out test results from specimen left last night. I was told they would call today and let me know if antibiotic was needed. It"s almost 3pm no call and I have tried to call them and tell them symtoms are back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. MESSAGE IS ON A LOOP AND JUST KEEPS REPEATING! WHY PAY A PHONE BILL IF NO ONE ANSWERS! Nothing posted on my chart not even Dr who saw me.....so frustrating not to be able to reach someone!!!- plus I would have to find someone to go to pharmacy if there is a prescription. CERTAINLY NOT EXPRESS!

Same here. I have been trying to call there all day today nobody picks up. I had my daughter there 2 days ago and I got her results on mygeisinger portal and now I cant get answers.
