Don't stay here! Run! The condos have more than a few plumbing issues. I've had water damage to my unit twice since being here and nothing has been done. I'm not even able to utilize my second bedroom due to the water issues. Vanessa in the management office is extremely rude and should be terminated. She constantly gets smart with residents and is absolutely no help. She should be trained on how to properly assist customers.

I really don't know if it is approved by FHA but it has a spectacular tennis court and pool and a super-complete gym, a very very nice place.
