I wish I could give negative stars. After years of going there I had an issue with their machinery, following all their instructions, that resulted in tire and wheel damage. Their response? There are signs saying “if you come off, it’s not our responsibility” No offer to refund, no offer to give the next 5 washes. No apology even. Lost a good customer. Will make sure my circle locally goes elsewhere because of the day manager’s lack of creativity and awareness
