I just do not know why always the pharmacy associates treat their customers so badly. Every time I go to pick up my medicine the line is very long and even I registered my insurance on file, they ask to give information again. Also, just called and the lady over the phone was so rude and would not assist me to answer my questions about the cost and insurance. I just called another location and transfer my prescription and the men over the phone were very patient and helpful; he assisted me with all my needs and actually I am on my way to pick up my medicine.

Publix pharmacy at Skylake, customer service is very poor. Their staff is rude, inefficient, aggressive and tone of voice is intimidating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone . It is despicable how we ,customers are being treated. It is so embarrassing.
