I had to call Dr. Williams here at Archcreek animal again because my dachshund was bitten by a iguana and her ear was ripped, The receptionist I don’t know the name is always kind and helpful and gets me right in especially since it was a Friday night and they were getting ready to go home they took the time with me to make sure my dog was OK Jermaine was quick to come out and help me with my Cookie , they took her in and did surgery on her ear excellent job as they always do. Dr. Williams came out and explained what went on 10 stitches ,five in five out and that I need to come back , then Jermaine came out with Cookie he’s always so helpful kind gives me the time I need to answer all my questions I can’t say enough of these guys my only issue is I wish we could go inside the office to see what’s going on

Dr. Williams is knowledgeable and cares so much about your pet and that you are comfortable with the care your fuzzy child receives. The clinic staff are friendly and attentive with follow -up calls to check in as our pet recovered from surgery after being discharged.
