I had to deal with a rude employee with an poor attitude called Gloria. She wears hear name tag backwards. I asked her to show me her name tag to know her complete name but she refused and replay sarcastically saying she is not showing me her beautiful picture!!! I came to this location before and other employees are respectful and professional, Never have seen unprofessional rude employee like this lady.

Nicolas what is the problem? Was your package misdelivered .Sometimes a station manager are on the road or in training at another location. so sometimes you can have a station running without a manager. So just leave your name and number and ask for the manager get back to you in a timely manner.
