My mom needs a copy of the deed to her house. Can a copy be e-mail to her? Or a copy mailed to her? If it has to be picked up can a family member pick it up for her? It's hard for her to get around.

While we cannot email a copy of a Land Record, you can look up your mother's deed online, or a friend or family member can come to this office to pick up a copy. Please feel free to call us at (914) 995-3095 with any questions. You can look up land records, such as deeds and mortgages, on Westchester Records Online at https://WRO.WestchesterClerk.com. Under the Land Records tab, you can search for records by entering the name of one of the parties to the transaction and you can narrow down your search by entering dates, municipality, and/or the type of document you are looking for. If you would like to view images of the documents online, you can register on the site for a $20 daily use fee, which will allow you to open, save and print documents. You can, of course, visit our office at 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY or call us at (914) 995-3095 and our Land Records staff will be happy to assist you in researching our records.
