My mom has been struggling with her addiction and I was looking for a place that could help her get clean and be one of the family again. I heard of the recovery center from a friend and they were so good in helping with the whole process. I needed to find a place that would be able to help my mom and now she is in a good rehabilitation program. I am glad that I found this place and I would definitely recommend this center to anyone in need of a rehab.

I was very impressed with the staff management and care for my friend's grandmother. The patients were being well taken care of. The rooms were very beautiful. The food was very good. It was a pleasant atmosphere. They were providing a very peaceful environment. The facility is also beautiful. The staff is doing a great job and I saw the patients being very happy.

My loved one was a long term resident of this nursing facility. He was forced to make more than one formal complaint after a nurse struck him and after a separate nurse wiped feces on him. The response was moving the nurse to a new floor. Nothing further. He was in and out of the hospital for various reasons. As his healthcare proxy and emergency contact I was never once notified of his unscheduled and emergency transports to hospitals even after notifying staff of the first instance that this occurred. As his health began to decline he was sent to the hospital for a period of time. He came back to the facility for just over one day, I visited this day and helped him organize his belongings there, before being sent back to hospital in emergency condition and not notifying myself or any other family. If another family member hadn't gone to facility to visit him we would not have found out. He passed away soon after. We lost precious hours with our loved one, while he was still verbal, that can never be returned to us. The day after he passed away I went to collect his belongings and his room was cleared out and a new resident already occupied it. He had a wheelchair, 9 boxes and a brand new flat screen television in the box. They brought up 3 boxes, one was labeled 1 of 2, one was labeled 2 of 2, and third was labeled 1 of 4. When I inquired about the missing property they asked what the property was. I stated there were 9 boxes with various things such as clothing, bath supplies, random accessories, medical supplies he paid out of pocket for, and a brand new TV. They came up with another box and the television. We are still missing his other boxes. No staff, including administration, could assist us with recovering them as there was no proper inventory done. I notified administration of the issues but all that could be done was an apology and "we can't find anymore of his property". I hope your family member can avoid this facility and the continuous issues we had with our loved one there. If I could do less than one star, I would.
