they're trying to improve. Now new administration is trying. However, staff, 4 in particular, are mean spirited, rude and inappropriate. Someone should look into STAFFS FINANCIAL BACKGROUND.

The lady who answers is the phone is mad disrespectful and rude. I contacted them and I was talking to a gentleman about getting my father in there and HE told me to let them know because my father was coming from Maryland. I was keeping in touch like being asked of me and the women who answered the phone told me “This isn’t a personal phone this is a business” yes and YOUR BUSINESS told me to keep in touch. Supposed to be a shelter to help people. I don’t even want my father there now.

It's a walk in... must be checked in by 6 or 6:30 (not sure which one) then you can go back out until 9pm... It's men only...
If you want visit the shelter you choose as listed and some one can further assist you.
Yes they should if not doing it already.
Some residents are allowed to stay in all. It depends on their situation. Residents are fed breakfast lunch & dinner. Residents are encouraged to look for work, schooling , day programs as well as places to live..rooms apartments..the shelter is meant to be a temporary situation
No service dogs Do to housing homeless men. Not a place for them there .
