I contacted Carla thru the website about a small pine plant that my Mom had bought in CVS for the holidays 10 years ago when he was in a nursing home. My Mom passed away 3 months before COVID and it was doing excellent. Now I have it and it's doing poor. She responded asking for a photo which I sent and noone ever got back to me. I realize this is probably something very minor for Gedney Farms Nursery but it is of huge sentimental value and I reached out to them hoping they would be able to help.

Beautiful, high quality plants, trees & flowers. Staff was very thorough with the trees I had planted. Exceptional work.

Is Saturday 7/30/2022, 9:00am i called asking for prices on black mulch and the lady who answer the phone was so friendly and knowledge about the product that i did not have to think about it and I placed an order for 8 yards and I was told that they would delivery it in an hour. Wowwww what a nice service. The best customer service ever, this lady needs a raise.
