Overland IOP and PHP Programs

This place has been extremely helpful in my recovery. I was in PHP for 3 weeks and am now in IOP currently. The therapists here are extremely helpful and really care about everyone they meet with. The facilitators run great sessions throughout the day from an exercise class to improv to music and writing therapy to mindful meditation and tons more. Also, all you can eat snacks and lunch provided on Fridays!

Great mental health and substance use facility! Well trained staff in how to treat trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression. Local to the Los Angeles area and good tracks on PHP/IOP. Andrew, Dr. Rashin, and Andy make you feel welcome and there is a big sense of community. Some of the best therapists who really care including Betsy, Michael, Greysi, Adam, Kendra. There are also great case managers that supported me through the process including Ron, Bena, and Joe.
