Went there to renew my passport, renew 2 minors and get a new minor passport...they were so helpful and patient. Did our photos and helped with applications. Not a long wait. We were surprised and thrilled with how easy and smooth the whole process was!

My husband and I had to come here multiple times and always a great experience. This time around it was for a permit and Patty in the licensing division was so helpful, kind and explained everything in detail to make sure we understood everything. The staff is so professional and kind not like some places where the employees are rude and act as if you owe them something or that your a bother. Thank you to the licensing division for all your help especially Patty.

Westchester County Clerk | Sep 29, 2018

All minors, including newborns, must have their own passport. In addition to complying with the general passport requirements, please note these additional requirements: • The minor plus both parents must appear in person • Original Birth Certificate to show Proof of Minor’s Relationship to Parents/Guardians for a minor under age 16 • Parents’ identity such as valid driver’s license or passport • If one parent can't be present, you need a consent form (DS-3053) from absent parent giving permission to get the passport. A copy of whatever the notary used as id for the absent parent (valid driver’s license (front and back) or copy of valid passport) • Minors age 16 or 17 must sign their name on the application • Minors under 16 cannot sign their name. The parent must print the child’s name on the application. Additional details, as well as the required forms can be found at our site. Google removes responses that include links, but we have a link to our site in our listing on Google.
