This facility is a step below a truck rest stop. The Asst. Director of Nursing was rude dismissive and unprofessional to our family. A disgrace to the Nursing Profession. The Administrator was not much better when asked for. Disorganized and filthy facility. If the family is treated so poorly I cannot even imagine how the poor patients are treated. A patient was in the greeting area wearing his boxer underwear. Totally disgusting all the way around. Do not leave your loved ones in their care. Disgraceful!

This facility should be condemned. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the internet. When I got there it seemed like no one knew what was going on. During the 1/2 hr. I was there the wall outside my room was covered with soup or God knows what . In the corner was a mouse trap and one under the bed. The noise level was unbearable! It must be removed from the list that White Plains Hospital recommends for re-hab. It will tarnish their reputation!

So wonderful to finally see my mommy! The stuff is so helpful, warm, and friendly. Most importantly they were conscientious about safety and they couldn’t be more welcoming.
