You ppl need to find some help there at that SS office, the wait time on the phone is ridiculous. You closed the office here in Kingston NY. why I'll never know, so there is no other choice but to wait on the phone for someone to pick up.

I know how wrong itbis for odfice to close in kingston. I am ill and cant drive myself to poughkeepsie to talk with a person by phone wont happen. Either ya on hold for hour or more or u wait that long and then call is cut off .
