Definitely a dress code, grunge style WOULDN'T BE RECOMMENDED. I would recommend business casual (at minimum) to Dressy (jackets & ties aren't required, collared shirts would be highly recommended). This is a high end premium cocktail lounge which is located in the highest rent district of the Midwest. Don't embarrass yourself by way of being too under dressed, too casual.
I would agree with business casual, but i would dress to impress.
I'm not 100% sure. Most ppl were dressed well but I wore jeans and a nice shirt and didn't feel under dressed.

Bussiness casual is the best dress code. You will stand out if you go in shorts and a tshirt. Drinks are slightly pricy, compared to westport/crossroads, but worth it.
