In response to this comment, no, my wonderful pup already mostly looked like the picture, as shown, he didn’t need a shave... Anyways, Reception is wonderful and I’ve never had a negative experience with their staff. It’s simply a service problem. They charge laughably high prices for average services, and they’ve twice shaved our cockapoo despite being provided by email photographs showing a desired (and completely average and achievable) mid-length haircut. I understand the labor dynamics that have affected everyone’s business the last few years, particularly the veterinary field, but there’s no reasonable excuse for these issues. Taking business elsewhere after 6 months of trying here.
