It is still an affordable place to live compared to renting an apartment. The surrounding area is wonderful. Shopping, State Parks, schools, all within minutes. And the park maintenance is good. The roads are always kept clear in the winter. The clubhouse is available to use for events with a small refundable deposit. The pool is clean, and the play area and pond add a nice touch to the Clubhouse area. They host an annual community picnic, have a school backpack program for the resident children, a summer lunch program, and a Christmas event with Santa. It's well policed, and a pretty quiet place to live.
