I go here because my great niece and her husband lives here with my great great niece. There mollie home is nice. They could have a better arrangements with the mobile park about having wild animals under their trailer. My family has a racoon under their trailer and the park said not responsible for the removal of the animal. It's destroying under the trailer and got up into their duct holes and tried getting to the mobile. They are in the process of getting the raccoon with animal control company. Thanks🦝🦝🤔😲👎

The water in this park comes out either cloudy or yellow, which is disgusting. My whole streets having plumbing issues and they sent maintenance out once already just for them to tell me it's a bigger issue than just my home. Thought they would've done something but nope, here I am three days later being told they're going to be sending maintenance out to MY home again even though the whole streets having problems with flushing. Wouldn't recommend living here and will be moving out as soon as humanly possible.

Front what I understand they sell them and the owner rents them, but you can call the office and ask.
