Lived there years ago. Place looks as good now as it did back then. Very spacious, well kept and affordable at that time. Loved that you can dock a row boat outside your back door and could go under the brige into pontiac lake.

Great place to live! Great price! Unbelievably quiet! Beautiful view of the lake! Wonderfully maintained and clean! Management pays attention to what's going on, and is never unprofessional or inappropriate. The negative review on here is absurd. I have a toddler and one on the way, and I've never felt that my children or guests are not welcome here. There also is not any "riff-raff" going on, and always feels cozy and safe.

The manager is a creep looks in women’s apartments. Also when women are showering will walk in your apartment and stand there. He is rude to children who live there and makes up rules as he goes. This place is a prison and not a home. I used to live there he was nice until like a month in then he was rude and I would find him looking in my windows.
