I am buying a house in north Palm Springs mid February and would like to establish a yearly maintenance contract with an HVAC company to check, service and maintain the system twice a year. Do you offer such a contract and what is its cost?

We have the same service plan with Timo. They are very good. Unfortunately, I don't recall the cost. But I do remember it's not unreasonable.

Hi, James. Congrats on the new house. We definitely offer annual service memberships which include two visits per year (one in the spring and one in the fall). We charge $149 for the annual program, which includes both visits. Memberships also include 20% off all repairs, should your system give you trouble in-between maintenance visits.
