They are easy to reach, easy to schedule a repair technician to arrive timely, and set your expectations correctly so there are no "sticker shock" surprises when it comes to the cost of repairs or replacement. Ultimately, they give you the choice to repair or replace with no pressure. Our technician Ross arrived on time as scheduled. He was extremely professional and friendly. Asked enough questions to get started and to identify the problem and fix the issue with our dishwasher. He provided options and costs so we knew the results of each choice, but decided to continue with the repairs. Ross did an excellent job with the repair of the dishwasher. He located the leaks and replaced the hoses. He proactively performed some maintenance checks to ensure there were no other issues and confirmed the dishwasher was operational to specifications. We are extremely pleased and know we have found a great appliance repair company we can trust to call for future repairs
