Very pleased with Al Taylor and team at Mid-Florida A/C. The whole process was smooth and efficient and they were able to expedite our request to replace the a/c unit within the same week. Al Taylor was very professional and straightforward with the process and I would highly recommend him and Mid-Florida for your a/c needs.

I used to actually work for this company. The company has a very family / business oriented environment.The owner is a great guy Mike has been in the business for years. I worked for this company as an 18 year old and it was a learning experience. We all move job to job but your initial experience you remember. And let me say this company taught me a lot.. over all the best as far as I am concerned and I don't even work for them now.

I called them early in the morning before business time, leave a message on the emergency line, the service coordinator contact me and they send a field technician in a couple hours. My A/C unit was back in service before noon. What a great service.

Questions & Answers

My handler always leaks and in mid day it leaks really bad when it is the hottest, and it is upstairs which is a major concern coming thru the wood floor. Do you charge extra to come on a Sunday?

My experience is if you purchase the Gold Plan (approx $250 a year, can break payments down by month or quarter) they will come out any day or night free of charge. It is so worth the money, plus piece of mind. They replace so many parts and things free as most are covered in the plan. The techs are all super nice and very knowledgeable. Without the plan, I really don't know what the charge is and if it's extra on weekends. But if you have them come out and fix your A.C. they might be able to just add the remaining amount to set you up on the yearly plan. There,are other choices too, and other appliance coverage options.
