We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Betlem! Miles showed up on time the other morning for our Preventative Maintenance Appt. Not only was he friendly & professional, he did a stellar job communicating with us throughout the morning as he encountered issues during the maintenance on our furnace. He offered several reasonable solutions and was able to resolve the issues quickly. Most importantly, he was very attentive and respectful. I was full of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Miles was thorough in his explanations about our carrier furnace, as well as describing the details of the annual membership we would be joining and are thrilled to be a part of. We hope to have him be our Tech for future visits, but he assured us that all the guys who are part of the Betlem team are absolutely fantastic. Our furnace has been running much smoother & quieter since it has been cleaned, we're looking forward to having the AC done in the spring! We highly recommend John Betlem Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services! UPDATE 9/2022 We had a new Carrier Infinity System installed in March this year. Mike was an excellent salesperson and promptly rectified any issues and the installation techs did a nice job. Friendly, fast & meticulous clean up. The system itself is very quiet and efficient but does not control humidity as well as Carrier claims. Overall, we are very pleased with it. We are part of Betlam's annual membership and requested Miles as our PM tech since we joined. Somehow for our next maintenance, we were told it is not in the system anymore that we have that request. Which is funny because I was previously told otherwise as they've scheduled him each time before. We were also told that there are no other appts avail this year. Seems odd? One of the benefits of this program is for priority scheduling. I'm not sure if it was the person we spoke with who is unfamiliar or just lacks basic CS skills. This seems dishonest and reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I'm sure whoever we get will be great but in the future I hope they can figure out their scheduling and the call ctr employees can treat their regular customers with more respect.

If you want a great professional job go to John Betlem Heating and Cooling. They haven't been in business since 1941 for any other reason but the fact that as a team they really know what they are doing and they do it very well. Very Organized, Very Professional, and Very Thorough. We are extremely satisfied with the AC and Heating installation they did for us.
