I took a couple rings there and explained my situation. I got a call and missed answering it. I called the number back and I believe Jeff answered the phone and wanted to know how i got the number. You called me. He said he did not and didn't know who I was. Fast forward a month, I called to make arrangements to get my rings and was told they were no longer available but come on in and we will work something out. This business is finding ways to keep your goods. I would not trust them.

These guys did a great job, customer service was quick, as well as being kind and polite, had some jewelry tested, and we had a misunderstanding, left feeling abit put off however, Jeff was a stand up guy and called me back and very nicely offered to take another look at my jewelry, as well as asked if there was anything he could do to help me out, the content of his character shows they are real genuinely good jewelers, as most are trying to squeeze all your worth out, these guys Jeff and Mark cared more about the customer than most stores I've been to, would recommend to anybody in need of a trustworthy jeweler.

Very rude! They refused to buy gold cross from me, stamped 585 in which means 14k GOLD! They simply said we aren't interested. I will never come here again! Don't take my kindness for weakness.
