Priscilla, the Manager is a pleasure to deal with as are Derek and the others who assist me when I come in. A wide array of products to choose from. I am currently benefitting from the Mediven compression socks. My recommendation is to check out The Bone Store; it's a welcoming place to enter and do business.

I had been to bone store in past but not recently. I visited again because having heel pain. The place has really changed. Staff was not knowledgeable and besides “off the rack” orthodontics I wanted a pair of wide fitting tennis shoes. Sales woman sold me a medium and said these would work and that the orthotic was built in. I wore shores out of store and later for an hour. I wore shoes for snot an hour and got blisters in both small toes. I took shoes back 2 days later for refund but store would not provide a refund for these expensive shoes I cannot use. Not the same service oriented store. Just a medical supply place not a knowledgeable foot place.
