They open at eight am if you're there like one hour before they open you don't have to wait for a long time. Also I uploaded a picture of the QR code to complete the form as soon you get there and that way you'll be out with your instant result in less than an hour and later they will send you an email with the result too. The QR code and the website to do it are on the photos section at Google
