Did anyone else call and get told that they have to come in to be told the wait? This was off-putting and we had kids so we wanted to know how long we had to wait.

Yes, I've also been told this as well as you need your entire party to be seated

Sorry as we understand your frustration. On Sat & Sun there is always a wait for a table though out the day. During peak periods we simply do not quote wait time over the phone. The wait time changes so drastically every couple minutes , depending on party size, special seating requirements and a number other factors taken in consideration for our guests requirements. We encourage our guests to come in person so that we may quote an accurate wait time to not mis represent nor disappoint.
