I usually love this kind of restaurant but got disappointed on my first visit. I ordered a milkshake and a Ole burger with a soup. Got a glass of water with a straw and 25 minutes later the milkshake with the burger. No straw. I had to use the one from the water. Not a big deal but it took another 30 minutes to have the waitress asking if I needed something. I asked for a straw to finish my water and asked whats going on with the soup. I was done eating... They had forgotten the soup. The price is fine, the milkshake small for the price but for a single person on a Sunday 3pm it was a slow service with few mistakes. Overall, I stayed 50 minutes for a single meal. Edit: I gave a second try and the service was better. Changed my rating from 3 to 4.

Service was good and pasta was off the chain. This place looked cozy, welcoming and had good music. Their cakes and pies looked delicious, so much so that I had to get myself an Oreo slice.

Literally the best pancakes I've ever had! Really good prices too, especially for Chicago! Staff was super great and service was fast. The food was delicious and serving sizes were large! Highly reccomend!
