Incredible breakfast. The Burnt Ends Hash was absolutely scrumptious. Chip was an excellent server who made sure our needs were attended to promptly. 5/5 will most definitely return.

I think the veggie options can readily be made vegan. I had the potato and poblano tamale, and with a little tweak of how it was topped, I'm sure it can be vegan. The staff are friendly and open to tweaks to dishes.
Might be a favorite spot. He likes to promote Chicago joints, not completely sure I though.
