Do they actually follow the instructions on the labels for the cleaning process? I was at a cleaner near me (Pride) and they fail to follow the manufacturer label instructions I had a very expensive bedding set shrink.

I haven't had any problems with them not following the labels but you can ask them if the follow the labels or bring it to they attention

My experience is that, they always read the label on my items.

I only have laundry done ;ie shirts.

I havent had any problems with them. I do know that if they foresee a problem with what you're having cleaned..they will let you know of the possibility of potential issues.
