My last dry cleaning load was returned missing a pair of designer corduroy slacks that had been left for dry cleaning and sewing. On my SECOND visit to try to sort out problems from that order, they finally found the pants -- not cleaned and not repaired. No offer to return charges, just "here are your pants." The same order had contained another pair of slacks that needed a minor repair (resewing a hem that was coming down). This was the second time they had been brought in and the SECOND time they were returned without the work being completed (hem partially resewn and the remainder pinned up). On my prior visit in search of the missing cords, I returned them requesting the job be finished. On my subsequent visit, it still hadn't been.
