The store signs and online site says they open at 7:00am. They didn’t open until 7:30am, no apologies or anything. This is very inconvenient and ridiculous!

I took my clothing for dry cleaning and they ruined my dress and continue to say that there's no difference in the way my dress looks. It was brand new and I'd only wore it for my birthday and took it to be cleaned. Now there's no color in the dress as if it were bleached.
